With more than 10 years in Manhattan real estate, Frank often draws on his previous career experience in commercial banking as well as years of co-op and condo board membership. “Understanding a client’s financial position in light of today’s banking environment as well as co-op/condo board standards is critical to a successful sale or purchase.” As a former banker and board member, he can’t help but to study the numbers in every transaction; which is just one important reason his clients enjoy successful closings.

Four years ago, Frank successfully teamed up with fellow agent, Alan Krevis. Combining their unique business and personal backgrounds, they have been able to leverage their individual client commitment to a higher level of service. “Two for the price of one is never a bad deal.”

Frank’s commitment to the industry is evidenced by his participation through REBNY in developing the “NYRS” (New York Residential Specialist), a 30-hour continuing education course available only to highly seasoned Associate Brokers. Together with the other founders of the NYRS program, Frank was honored at the 2009 REBNY Deal of the Year Gala for their unwavering commitment to strengthening and enhancing the education of real estate agents.

A native New Yorker, Frank did undergraduate study at Fordham University & graduate business education at New York University.

Alan Krevis, VP

A native New Yorker, Alan Krevis has always had a passion for the city and the people he meets. His segue into real estate was a natural extension of his talents after a successful career in retail and wholesale sales management. Over the years, his keen ability to listen, desire to provide the best service possible and personal attention to detail have won accolades from his clients.

As a seasoned sales professional, Alan is an agent who brings to Halstead years of marketing expertise. This enables him to carefully assess a buyer's financial and personal needs and provide a customized plan to find them the right home, in the right place at the right price. His years of negotiation experience mean that offers are facilitated quickly and professionally.

When representing sellers, Alan prides himself on his ability stay of top of market conditions, and makes it his personal priority to become an expert on the building and the neighborhood. This way he is assured of garnering the best, yet most realistic price for his clients.

Alan’s zeal for New York touches every part of his life. A Gramercy Park resident, he knows every local store and has made friends of both neighbors and local characters. He is a graduate of Brooklyn College and also has a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology. He is an avid theater buff, is a member of the Board of Directors of his co-op and is active in several community organizations.
